Steve Amos is the engineer for the business and is a time served vehicle engineer having carried out his apprenticeship with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) Army. Steve has completed extensive manufacturer training within the caravan industry and is also City & Guilds qualified.
Wensum Caravan Services has achieved NCC AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme) status - this scheme is the only industry recognised standard for touring caravan and motorhome servicing and repair, it is supported by The Caravan Club, The National Caravan Council (NCC), The Camping and Caravan Club and all leading UK touring caravan and motorhome manufacturers.
We are the Dometic and Alde warranty specialists for North Norfolk, as well as warranty work we can supply and fit spare parts or new units. As a Gas Safe Engineer we are qualified and therefore able to issue Gas Safety Certificates for Motorhomes and Caravans that are offered for customer hire.
