1. Name, Address, Post Code & Contact Numbers
2. Product Details/Type- eg Fridge, Toilet, Cooker
3. We also need the 4 numbers located on the identification plate,
These are: Production No, Model No, Type and Serial No.
4. The date 1st registered, the Make and Model of the Vehicle and the
Chassis/Vin Number.
